The Rotunda is a ballroom set on the second level of a facility located on the boardwalk of Easton's Beach, 175 Memorial Boulevard,in Newport.It features 15 foot high ceilings with surrounding windows facing the beach and the Easton's Pond on the north. There is a wrap-around deck for setting up a bar for cocktails or hors d'oeuvres, and adjacent to that is the Carousel which is also available for rent.

Event start times are flexible and the standard event time is 5 hours, but the event must end by
12 midnight. The 5-hour time slot does not include the setup/cleanup. You or your caterer may come in before the event to get ready and stay later to clean up. If you would like an open bar or partial open bar, that can be arranged with the bartending staff.
This very handsome and elegant Victorian mansion is a National Historic Landmark. There is beautifully maintained carved woodwork to see inside, along with colorful stenciling and finishes. The striking brick mansion sits on one of the East Side's busiest corners, so is very easy to find. There is also attractive statuary on the small grounds, including a spouting fountain.
The Casino has a large quantity of tables and chairs available for your use, free of charge. Consult your Event Coordinator or the Casino's General Information Packet for the actual number of tables and chairs available.
There is adequate parking on the grounds for up to 75 vehicles and the area is well lit.
Located in what was once Spragueville (also known as the Cranston Mill Village), the 200 year old, lovely Sprague Mansion still stands as a tribute to RI's textile history.
The Sprague Mansion is available for small weddings, showers, receptions of all kinds, parties and corporate functions.
"Simple elegance" best describes the Kinney Bungalow. Built in 1899 as a polo clubhouse, later used for debutante parties and ballet rehearsals.
